Cynergy Magazine is a one stop shop for wellness when it comes to  the working woman and mother.
As Women, we have the tendency to pour everything into others and completely neglect our own needs, especially as we become mothers. This self- sacrificing love for our children, our dedication to personal relationships, family members, work and home life often leave us in positions where we place our physical and emotional well-being on the back burner which over time can lend to serious health issues. The nurturing part of us often makes us feel that it’s our job to give all of ourselves and take minimal time if any, to relax, recalibrate and release extra weight we carry on our shoulders. As the tasks pile on, it’s so easy for us to ignore our beauty, fitness and health routines.


Cynergy Magazine is a one stop shop for Women when it comes to fitness and wellness. We offer tools, resources

and support that can be easily accessed from the convenience of your living room or work office. Cynergy is all about uniting all women through our sisterhood of experiences in our careers, relationships, marriages, health and finances.

Cynergy promotes healthy living by teaching creative ways to effectively manage your work, relationships and home life which accommodates time for your essential needs. Cynergy teaches women how to achieve a well balanced lifestyle and emphasizes the need for self - care and personal time, whether that’s time for beauty, fitness or just plain relaxation.

Get Fit “Making Goals That Stick”


We usually begin every new year the same way, by making our resolutions to finally get in shape and lose extra pounds however, COVID - 19 really changed the game this year.

Social Distancing and rules making it mandatory to wear masks made us all less inclined to go to any public place much less a gym. Now that the world is beginning to reopen with the availability of vaccines, it now opens doors to the possibility of going to the gym and even taking a group fitness class. when We are two weeks into , have you already lost your motivation to work out?

You planned to go to the gym everyday until you finally lost those pounds. Your fist week was a success but somewhere along the way, you fell off the wagon. Now you are wondering what went wrong. Every year you commit to getting in shape but something usually gets in the way. If this sounds familiar then chances are that you are working hard…but not SMART. A BIG mistake that people make when it comes to
getting in shape is that they create goals that are unrealistic.


According to Psychology Today, the top two New Years Resolutions that people commit to are Losing Weight and Exercising more. It sounds good but the problem is that there is no plan of action behind it. This is where most of us go wrong.


S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym for Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant and Time bound. Creating SMART Goals is a great way to really accomplish a task because you are ultimately creating a strategy with a designated time frame. If your goal is to lose weight, you can write a smart goal that looks like this:

Specific: I commit to losing a total of 40 pounds
Measurable: by exercising 2 -3 times a week for 60 minutes
Relevant: I will eat less fast food and more whole grains, vegetables and lean meat. I am doing this to improve my overall health.
Time bound: I plan to accomplish this goal no later than December 31st 2019.


Your outcome should be a statement that is something like this: “I commit to losing 40 lbs. this year by exercising 2-3 times a week @ 60 minutes per day by eating less fast food and more lean  protein, veggies and whole grains. My deadline is December 31st. I will focus on  improving  my overall health.”


If your goal is to get in shape this year, you can begin with creating a SMART Goal. Remember consistency is key when it comes to fitness. It’s better to start off with smaller goals that you can really accomplish. Here’s a practical tip! Instead of going from 0 to 80 in 2 seconds, try a slow and steady approach. It’s better to make plans to exercise consistently for 2 days a week then working out 10 days straight and falling off the wagon completely and trying to hop back on next year.

Women who are caregivers and mothers often have to carry the Women are the backbone of society since we are mothers, caregivers and nurturers. Our traditional role has been to pour ourselves into others but ironically, we are the ones who are often without support. No time to take care of our medical needs and our emotional and psychological health often lending to a burn out and placing a negative impact on our overall health. Cynergy Wellness aims to help women strike a balance between their jobs, home life and personal relationships which can enhance happiness and well-being. 


Cynergy Wellness is a multicultural Women’s digital magazine and brand  that showcases articles, webinars and a podcast show entitled “ Her Health,” featuring unique content with mass appeal that allows working professional women and mothers of all races and ethnicities to have a forum to discuss topics that impact us globally not really covered in mainstream entertainment light issues such as Juggling jobs, mother hood and marriage, Healthy Eating on the Go, Fitness for the busy woman to more serious matters like workplace bullying, surviving domestic abuse, coping with divorce.



Our mission is to improve the overall health and well- being with a focus on mental Heath. Cynergy takes a different approach to wellness by connecting women and empowering them by learning how to rise above life’s struggles through collective shared experiences that enlighten, unify also inspire strength and healing.


Cynergy Wellness features everyday women that are experts in the fields of health, wellness and fitness that provide education, advice and even coaching on self care methods that help women to achieve balance in our work, home, life and relationships which can alleviate emotional and psychological burnout contributing to overall happiness. Building a sisterhood of support not separated by racial lines.

Women experience many different stressors because we are forced to meet the demands of full time jobs and careers while also being primary caregivers. This often leads to physical and psychological burnout. According to The Anxiety and Depression Association of America, “Women are two to three times more likely to develop depression than men.” The COVID -19 has increased the expectations on women in general. The effects of this global pandemic are disproportionately impacting women. In January 2021, over 275,000 females left the workforce. CDC reports show that, “Our national maternal mortality rate has increased by more than fifteen percent. Cynergy Wellness offers women a one stop shop for all of her wellness needs and a forum to connect with each other as a network of support and empowerment.
